1. Who we are
Maren Studio ApS is a brand, interior and digital design studio based in Copenhagen and Oslo. This policy explains how we handle personal information when you visit our website, contact us or work with us.
2. What we collect
We only collect what we need: the name, email address, company and project details you share through our contact form or by email, and basic, anonymous analytics about how our website is used.
3. How we use it
We use your information to reply to enquiries, prepare proposals, deliver projects and send invoices. We never sell your data or use it for advertising.
4. Cookies & analytics
Our website uses privacy-friendly analytics that do not track you across other sites or store personal identifiers. We do not use advertising cookies.
5. Sharing
We share information only with trusted service providers who help us run the studio — such as hosting, email and accounting tools — and only as far as needed to provide their service.
6. How long we keep it
Enquiries are kept for up to two years. Project and billing records are kept for as long as Danish law requires, currently five years.
7. Your rights
You can ask to see, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you, or object to how we use it. You also have the right to complain to the Danish Data Protection Agency (Datatilsynet).
